This week, Stadt Aachen, Germany, took delivery of their new Greentec Jaguar 40/80 6.5 tonnes chipper. Together with the delivery, we provided the Stadt Aachen team with the correct working instructions.

At Ufkes Greentec, all products, which are made in our own factory, are extensively tested before they are handed over to the customer. The Ufkes test centre ensures that the quality is guaranteed and the customer can use the machine as expected. All machines, from large to small, are subjected to a thorough test. Small and large wood chippers, wood chipper combinations but also stump grinders, forestcutters and three-point linkage machines, as well as wood cranes pass the test centre. The start of each test is a visual inspection of the machine. Parts, customer-specific wishes and options are optically checked. The outcome of this first stage is whether all parts are fixed and whether the machine is complete.

A nice delivery just before the weekend!

Just before the weekend, Luchtenberg Boomzorg received his new Greentec Cheetah 30 fast traffic disc shredder. This 6.5 tons shredder has a FTG timber crane with an outreach of no less than 6.3 meters and is built on a sprung heavy tandem chassis. All functions of the shredder can be operated both manually and by remote control. This shredder is also equipped with a combi feed hopper for hand and crane infeed.

The machine is designed according to the customer’s wishes in an orange color scheme with black rims.

New to the range is the Greentec Piranha 10 stump grinder. This largest mechanically-driven stump grinder in the Piranha family is suitable for tractors with a power rating from 150 hp. With its double arm and 1000 mm grinding wheel, the machine has a very large range. This makes the Piranha 10 ideal for removing large stumps in one go without having to move the tractor. The double arm construction also makes it easy to remove stumps from slopes or ditch edges. The hydraulically adjustable protective cover minimises material splashing. By tilting the protective cover backwards, full-field milling is also possible. The standard heavy-duty dozer bar also makes it easy to close holes. The compact transport position makes the Piranha 10 easy and safe to move on the road.

This completely new version of the Jaguar 40 series comes on rubber tracks with high ground clearance. This makes hard-to-reach areas, terrain with lots of stubbles and wet areas accessible for work without damaging the ground. The machine is easy to operate with remote control. A 140 hp Stage V Doosan engine ensures maximum capacity from this compact machine. As an option, the machine can be fitted with a slewing ring (270°). The infeed can be turned quickly and easily to the material to be chipped. Also the machine can be equipped with a telescopic woodcrane, a closed infeed chain to allow easy feeding of residual material and a winch to pull the wood towards the machine.

Sharp knives are essential for properly, quickly and efficiently chipping of material. Generally, knives last a long time but the lifespan depends strongly on the material thath is being chipped. In addition, the knives are losing its sharpness quickly through sand and soil.

After a long journey, the first Greentec machine recently arrived in Australia at The Climbing Dutchman! The second and third Greentec machines are also on the way. In Australia The Climbing Dutchman will, in addition to using the machines for its own work, actively sell the Greentec machines.

To Baumpflege Schomburg, we delivered this Jaguar 40/80 fast traffic. The machine is a 6,5 tons version and has a Country wood crane with a reach of 8,5 metres.

This compact 30 cm shredder can by fed by hand or by crane. The combination is equipped with a Palms crane with an outreach of 5.4 meters with a Crab grapple. The chips are collected in the 8m3 Greentec tipper. The machine meets the maximum permitted axle loads of the Unimog. With a maximum speed of 90 km/h delivers this combination a excellent performance on- and offroad.

Customer chooses a complete Ufkes Greentec chipper set: Greentec Cheetah 30 disc chipper, a Valtra 214D with Twintrac, and ouer brand new GT15/16 high tipper. This high tipper comes standard with two storages spaces and airbrakes. Further options are e.g. LED action boarding, steered tandem, wheel drive.

Another nice delivery. This customer was looking for a machine with high capacity, but which also could be used for smaller jobs, and with which the produced wood chips could directly be collected. The chipper had to be suitable for coarse (G100) wood chips, and for making smaller (g30) chips. The company close to the border in Germany has a small group of employees,, but invests for this reason in high capacity machines so they can still take on major jobs. Our Greentec 962/20 wood chipper suits perfectly here!

This customer had a 3-axle hook lift machine of its own build with a wood chipper and crane mounted, which needed replacement. Last year at the Forst Live at Offenburg we first had contact. After speaking about the needs and wishes of the customer they visited our company in the Netherlands, and we organized a demo. Because we could build the machine entirely accordingly to the customers wishes we were pleased to receive the order, with this nice result to show for it!

3 years ago this customer bought a Greentec 942 Track 275 hp. Due to his high contentment and growing activities he could use even more capacity. He decided to trade in the Greentec 942 for a Greentec 952MEGA Track 420 hp. It was put to work now and the first walking floors are filled. A lot of working pleasure with the new machine!

We delivered the first two Greentec 942/16 wood chipper combinations. The compact wood chipper combination which dumps at the back is very suitable for working where there is not a lot of space, but a large capacity of the container is needed (16m3).

This customer traded in a threepoint hitch carried chipper for a Greentec 962 wood chipper on chassis with long Palfinger M70 crane to process a larger diameter logs to biomass, with a preset chip size for mass production (course) or private use (fine). The machine is going to be used in combination with a Claas Xerion tractor. We wish the customer good luck and lots of working pleasure with the machine!

This customer chose a Greentec Cheetah 30 front to work directly behind the hydraulic lift clearing al the trimmings quickly. The set is completed with a Valtra N174 Direct and our new 15m3 high tipper. A nice set all together!

This customer wanted a wood chipper with a larger infeed. Therefore he traded in his 27 cm disc chipper for a Greentec with 42 cm infeed, a Greentec 942/13 wood chipper combination to be precise. Besides the larger model, the easy and maintenance-friendly chipping system spoke to him.

This landscaping company chose a new Greentec 942/13 wood chipper combination after visiting our factory site in Drachten. The customer was so impressed with the whole production process, it made the choice easy.

For this landscaping company it is the third Greentec wood chipper combination. After talking about which type and kind of combination, the customer decided for yet another Greentec, this time a Cheetah 30/8.

This Belgium customer had been looking for a wood chipper combination for a long while. After seeing its possibilities, he chose a Greentec 962/25.

Together with Tavernier we sold this Greentec 942 threepoint chipper. After the demo, the customer was quickly convinced. The Greentec 942 D now standard has the Greentec Control System 1.1. With this, almost all functions of the machine can be controlled: the functions infeed and export of the material, the infeed roller up and with extra pressure down and all functions of the discharge chute (rotating, folding for transport, chip deflector up and down).

The construction method of Greentec machines, the chipping principle, good quality of the chips and capacity were reasons for the customer to choose a Greentec wood chipper. Also the way in which Ufkes Greentec b.v. creates solutions to suit the customers wishes were convincing. The customer chose this type of wood chipper because, among other reasons, the view from the cabin onto the infeed is ideal.

This Belgian customer had a Greentec 952/20 wood chipper combination for six years and was looking for a larger model to get an even higher capacity. After consulting and demo’s he decided to trade in the combination for Greentec 962/20 extra high tipping.

The Gracia brothers company was founded in 1997. In 2000 the SARL Actiforest took over and developed its knowledge and know-how in the management of rural and forest heritage to meet the different needs (private, livestock farmers and local authorities). For 11 years, the company has specialized in all forestry work (felling, pruning, but also natural risks: floods, storm Klauss, post fire works). The company operates throughout the Roussillon region. (South of France)

Because we at Ufkes Greentec b.v. build machines custom made according to the customers wishes, this customer chose a Greentec machine. Discussing together and sharing thoughts about which machine would be best for doing the work were decisive.

After doing a couple of good demo’s we discussed the different options with the customer and the operators and the choice for a Greentec 962 side loading was made.

This Swiss customer has been looking for a chipper with crane under 3.500 kg for a while. After the demo it was clear, it had to be a Greentec Cheetah 30/80.

Higher capacity! To chip lots of branchmaterial in a short while, that was the customer wish. Furthermore they wanted to work clean and neat alongside the road. With its own buncker and crane the already compact chipper combination is easy to use for roadside work, even with only one roadway available.

Again a nice piece of custom made machine put at work. Because the machine could be built according to the wishes of the customer, it was an easy choice to make. The Greentec 952MEGA op tandem chassis is fitted with a Palfinger M70F101 crane and has an infeed of 600 x 1060 mm (infeedchannel 550 x 1060).

Our Greentc 942 wood chipper on tracks is doing well overseas.

In a short while there are 4 trackmachines transported to the ferry. The Greentec 942 track is a machine which with his tracked chassis is very suitable for the hills. The machine is easy manoeuvrable and always steady. Because the tracks are rubber the machine can be uses an all different kinds of soil and even asphalt, without damaging it.

The customer originally got the idea last year around the time of our open days for a new machine. We invited him across as he was a previous customer having bought a Forestcutter 370, to see where everything was built and put the ideas into prospective. Walking around the used machines he could see this was the way forward, and he needed to put his business into a new direction and could see this was the way forward coupled with the LH feed this gave him a step in the right direction for the traffic management plus been a step ahead of the competition. Along with knowing the product was well engineered and built he also felt that he could rely on us at Ufkes Greentec Uk ltd to give him the back up others had failed at with other products.

Customer chooses a second Greentec wood chipper combination, a Greentec 952MEGA / 20 m3. The buncker of this Mega has an open top, making it possible to hold over 25m3 when you’re in the field. The Chipper with an infeed of 550 x 1060 mm is extremely suitable for the bigger chipping jobs. We wish the customer a lot of working pleaser with their new machine.

UPDATE: we are ready! At the end of this week you can find Ufkes Greentec at the Forestry Expo Scotland. This event takes place at Little Clyde, Elvanfoot and will be the largest of its kind in 2019. The Forestry Expo Scotland is a full working demonstration show and should be a must-attend for farmers and land managers with forestry interests. You can find us at Block 3.

This tyrant with a telescopic high tipping bunker (up to 4,60 mtr) easily tips into silage wagon and walking floor. The heavy drum with 40 mm thick wall and large knives makes constant chips with a low fine rate.

The two volleyball teams of De Roeken/DVC Dokkum that we are sponsoring had a very successful season. Both teams play in the circular-mini volleyball competition, one team at level 4 and the other team is playing at level 5. De Roeken / DVC 5 has even become champion of the competition! Good work!!

Another Greentec Cheetah 30/80 delivered to a customer in Germany. The customer was quickly convinced after seeing the demo! The Greentec Cheetah 30/80 wood chipper is ideal for professional tree carers and gardeners because of its weight, capacity, wheel pair and its own crane.

This weekend we will be at the Agriculture Fair in Vlagtwedde. The fair is from 14 to 16 June in Vlagtwedde East Groningen.

“Even better than expected!”, this is how the customer reacted after the delivery of his new Greentec 952MEGA/20 wood chipper combination. The 952MEGA has an infeed of 600 × 1060 mm (infeed channel 550 × 1060) and has its own cooled hydraulic system. Due to our unique operating system, the machine is very efficient in use.

Recently, another Greentec machine delivered to a loyal customer in Belgium. Greentec 942 drum chippers have an infeed of 520 x 710 mm (infeed channel 450 x 710 mm) and are fitted with an integrated blower system, which in combination with the venturi blower system, guarantees a powerful airstream.

This Greentec Cheetah 30/13 wood chipper combination we delivered this week in cooperation with Unimog dealer RKF bleses. The machine is going to the Sauerland to the city of Iserlohn. Approx 26 km from our German establishment.

Recently delivered this used Greentec 952/20. The customer chose for more capacity. For this customer, it is already the 3th combination in the company existence. We wish them a lot of good ‘chipping hours’.

This Greentec Cheetah 30 disc wood chipper has been delivered in cooperation with agricultural mechanization company Jan van den Berg Druten. The customer was looking for a high capacity machine in front that can be fed both by hand and with the crane. Ufkes greentec b.v. had the ideal machine!

From 8-11 may there are Showdays at Ufkes Greentec Germany – Sundern! There is a large range of Greentec machines, and during the demonstrations there are also several machines in action. Of course, there are also plenty of Rayco machines to see and the Rayco RG 80 is introduced for the first time in Germany! The showdays are complete arranged with ‘Sauerland Specialities’.

This Greentec Cheetah 30-80 with its own engine and crane has an infeed of 300 x 580 mm. Nevertheless, the machine remains under 3500 kg towing weight. This machine has been fitted with its own crane, but also complies with all requirements for manual infeed. The Cheetah 30 is available in multiple versions: as a wood chipper combination, as a three-point machine, on wheelpair and on tracks.

For the tree care and tree felling, this customer was looking for a drum chipper. The simplicity and clever design of the Greentec machine was decisive for the choice for a Greentec 942 wood chipper with its own engine.

A new Greentec 952MEGA wood chipper with its own engine delivered. This customer has chosen for us because we could deliver a very compact machine for behind the truck with a crane on it.

This 942Track with 275 HP John Deere engine went to Ormonde Tree Care last week and was put to work in Ireland this week. It’s a drum wood chipper with 520 x 710 mm infeed. The Ftg Mowi Crane p40T can extend another 1,5 meters. The wood chipper can also be fitted with a Palfinger crane.

Firm Kromwijk from Woerden chooses an Ufkes Greentec Piranha stump grinder again. The machine is coated in the striking orange corporate of the firm Kromwijk.

Delivered to Verkleij Boomverzorging. After a period of listing all pros and cons Leon decided to buy a Greentec Cheetah 30/80 with crane. Last week was the delivery.

100th Greentec 952MEGA Wood Chipper!

Kemp Schalkwijk BV got started with again our 100th 952MEGA wood chipper. The 952MEGA unit with a max. infeed of 550 mm high and 1060 mm wide, is built on a 20 m3 buncker. Bart and Greet thanks for the confidence and a lot of success with this beautiful combination.

Last week we delivered this Greentec Piranha hp stump grinder at VERKO boom- en hoogtewerken Tremelo.They started with a used one, but because of the growth they now chose a new one.

This Greentec Cheetah 30VC13 chipper combination has the chipper at the back!

Kevin Defoer has extended his machine park with a new stump grinder. The compact Greentec 660 is a PTO powered stump grinder.

Together with LMB Van den Ende we sold this Greentec Cheetah 30 chassis turnable. This machine goes to the municipality of Goeree Overflakkee. The Cheetah 30 wood chipper is PTO powered and 270 degrees turnable.

Brand Treecare got right to work with their new Greentec Cheetah 30/80 highway suitable! With this flexible wood chipper, which can be fed both by hand and with the crane, they can increase capacity even more.

Our first self-built Greentec wood chipper combination is starting a new life!
The Greentec 930/12 combi has been completely overhauled and re-sprayed, and with warranty sold again to Van Beets Leeuwarden.

Pius Floris Veenendaal had a wood chipper that was fed by hand, but they were looking for a machine with higher capacity in terms of infeed. With this Greentec Cheetah 30/80, with crane and combi infeed, larger jobs can also be handled. This machine which can be fed both by crane and hand ensures fast and adequate work!

Third grapple delivered to Beys. This 5-teeth grapple  is extremely suitable to feed the wood chipper.

Greentec Forestcutter 300 delivered to the city of Coevorden. This city is the first in the Netherlands to buy a Forestcutter, to work faster and more efficiently. The saw also lightens the workload. The Forestcutter is attached to a mobile Mecalac12mtx crane.

Van Boxmeer Agro GWW Cultuur Techniek had already tried several tree shears, but because of their high production capacity they chose our Greentec Forestcutter 370! Thanks for the order, and good luck with this machine.

From today until Saturday we are on APF 2018 in England. The UK’s largest forestry exhibition

Of today we are at Agrotechniek Holland. This is one of the largest fairs about agricultur in Hollan. The fair is from today until Saturday 15 September 2018 from 10:00-17:00.

As of today, we are at NordBau in Neumunster. One of the largest fairs on agriculture in Northern Europe!
