Greentec Cheetah 45/25
200 – 300 hp
45 cm
45 mm
- Own hydraulic cooling system (using airstream of blades of disc)
- Less power needed because the infeed is at an angle
- Milled disc: disc is even sunken towards the next blade resulting in high infeed speed with minimal resistance
- All machines are manufactured out of premium steel 355 (52-3)
- Knives are easy accessible when the infeed rollers are hydraulically positioned above the machine
Fitted as standard
- GCS Control
- Steel toolbox on both sides
3 agressive infeed rollers
Less power needed because the infeed is at an angle
Options
- Steered rear axle
- Hydraulic starting aid
- Lighting set and camera
- Actionboarding
Pivoting point of the bunker, telescopic adjustable till ca, 4,55 meter
Features
Woodchipper
Own hydraulic cooling system (using airstream of blades of disc)
3 agressive infeed rollers both independently driven
Infeed on three sides fitted with anvil knives, making it easy to adjust for right chip length, even after many working hours.
Less power needed because the infeed is at an angle
Standard with electric start
Low maintenance driveline with oil cooled overrun clutch integrated in pulley
Chipper disc
Outer knives also act as scraper and keep the rotorhouse clean, also forcing the matter to the anvil knife where it is being cut.
Milled disc: disc is even sunken towards the next blade resulting in high infeed speed with minimal resistance
Quality
All machines are manufactured out of premium steel 355 (52-3)
Teeth on infeed rollers are made of hardwearing Hardox steel, guaranteeing agressive infeed for years
Discharge chute, bottom beneath disc equipped with replacable wear plate made of hardwearing Hardox steel
After sandblasting machines are double powder coated
Machines are made of durable materials, including bearings, hydraulic valves, engines, pumps and more
Servicing
Knives are easy accessible when the infeed rollers are hydraulically positioned above the machine
Disc is easy to lock for chaging the knives
Heavy hinged hood over the disc, which secures when opened
Hinged lid over rollers, underneath grease points are easy to reach
Anvil knives adjustable and can be used multiple times

GCS – Greentec Control System
- Compact touchscreen control
- Programs for different wood types
- In these programs different parameters are adaptable. Pressure down at top roller, starting and stopping speed of the no stress, either or not reversing of the infeed rollers and infeed speed
- Easy switch to low engine speed to reduce fuel consumption and noise. This gives coarse wood chips with even lower fine percentage
- Chip size and wood type adjustable at any time
- Stopping and if needed short reversing of the infeed responds not only to speed, but also to working pressure of the system
- GCS control box compact design with stainless steel casing
- Vulcanised controllers without moving parts, less chance of error
- In these programs different parameters are adaptable. Pressure down at top roller, starting and stopping speed of the no stress, either or not reversing of the infeed rollers and infeed speed
- Exclusive on Ufkes Greentec machines
- Least possible electronics (relay, cables and more), operational reliability
- Minimum cables on the machine, only Canbus signal with plus and minus
- Minimal chance of errors
- Waterproof up to IP67
