Belgian customer switches to larger model

The Gracia brothers company was founded in 1997.
In 2000 the SARL Actiforest took over and developed its knowledge and know-how in the management of rural and forest heritage to meet the different needs (private, livestock farmers and local authorities).
For 11 years, the company has specialized in all forestry work (felling, pruning, but also natural risks: floods, storm Klauss, post fire works).
The company operates throughout the Roussillon region. (South of France)
To date, the company has accomplished various and varied tasks such as:
- The restoration of rivers.
- The felling of delicate trees
- Earthworks and plant engineering to fight against invasive plants (Knotweed) and (Canne de Provence).
- Reopening and management of hiking trails
- The work of Defense of Forest Against the Fires.
- Maintenance, pruning of roadside woodlots
- Forest management (depressing and planting)
Last year, the proposed acquisition of a shredder takes shape. Following an article published in the magazine « Le Journal de la Mécanisation Forestière » (No. 192 May 2019) on the company Bois Nergis, Messrs Gracia contact Mr. Fayolle to meet him and see the 962 work. It’s decided, it will be a 962 crawler shredder, to be able to evolve on any ground.
Its 420 hp motor, the 6-knife rotor, the 3 feed rollers and the venturi ejection are all strengths that convince them. In addition, the quality of chips is at the rendezvous. A choice of winning equipment, effective on both platform and delivery.
