Greentec JAGUAR 40/8, the compact shredder combination!

The Greentec JAGUAR 40/8 is the ideal chipper combination for areas where a compact machine is required, such as in residential areas, urban areas and along narrow paths. The JAGUAR 40 can shred logs up to 40 cm in diameter. The chips are collected in the 8 m3 high tip container. This allows fast, clean and safe work in smaller spaces. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with, among other things, a closed feed chain, a camera and an action board.

The photos below show the new machine in action at our customer SIGHT Landscaping.

Reason for choosing this machine:

“We chose this machine partly because of its compactness and the available timber crane. We can use this machine in residential areas, village centres and on narrow paths. In addition, we can work more safely because we have an overview and can see in time if there are inattentive playing children and cyclists. The machine uses a timber crane. The advantage of this is the increased job satisfaction due to ergonomic working and that no extra employees are needed to feed in the branches. With the previous machine we had running (with manual feeding), a car with 1a 2 employees always drove along to feed in the heaps manually. With this new machine, we can save on labour costs and also on car costs, and thus also on CO2 emissions. We can now use these extra employees on other projects. This comes in handy in view of the tight labour market”
