Sawing, chipping and transport with one machine!

The German trade magazine “Forstmaschinenprofi” recently published the attached article about the new chipper truck from Baumdienst Sebastian Rühl. A multifunctional combination specifically equipped for felling, splitting, and chipping trees and shrubs, as well as transporting the wood chips. Ufkes Greentec built a Greentec 952MEGA chipper on the Volvo FH500 8×4 tandem chassis, featuring a 25m³ high tipper, a Palfinger 10.1-meter wood crane with a spacious and comfortable cabin, and a wood splitter. The Greentec 952MEGA is powered by the 12.8-liter Volvo engine with a capacity of 510 hp. The truck is designed so that one person can operate all functions.
